Additional Information: We have two young boys under the age of 4, they are very active and full of energy. We are looking for someone who is reliable and trustworthy to help us watch them a couple of days per week for a few hours. We require a back ground check, clean driving record and CPR/first aid certification. We also would love you to baby sit in our home, we have lots of animals and acreage and so have a lot for the boys to do. We also travel a lot to various places and would love to have someone who would like to travel with us to help out with the kids. We are looking for a long term person that our kids can develop a relationship with. We currently have a wonderful baby sitter who helps out, but she has her own family to care for and so is not available to travel with us. We have a cabin that we go to alot on weekends or for long weekends and we are looking for someone who might be interested in traveling along with us on some of these trips. In addition, we have a very active schedule in the summer time, so we are looking for someone who might be interested in helping watch the kids while we are out on the boat or at the cabin or if we go somewhere tropical, for example. The most important thing is that we find someone who we can trust who is good with our active boys!

Additional Information: I am looking for a full time babysitter for my 17 month old daughter. I currently have a nanny that comes 4 days a week, and we have worked out a deal that works for both of us financially since it is regular work. I pay her a flat fee of $1,000/month which works out to be about $8-$8.50/hour. She arrives at 8:30 am and I usually get home by 4:00 pm sometimes earlier. I work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I work with her schedule also. My husband has days off sometimes, so he will decide to watch our daughter on those days but I still pay my babysitter $1,000/month. So some months she is definitely making over $8/hour. She enjoys it because it is consistent money.
